For all:

►MEDICAL CERTIFICATE:

A medical note from your doctor is mandatory to practice. Your doctor should write the following words on your certificate:

“Practice of martial arts, japanese sword, combat sports and competitions.“

The certificate must be given the day you apply to a board member or at the first class.

►FEDERAL MEMBERSHIP:

Cheque at the order ofFFJDA-CNK.

As we are affiliated with FFJDA/CNK, the federal membership is mandatory. It allows you to:

– Participate to the federation training sessions (national and regional courses, courses with japanese senseis organized by the CNK).

– To take grades exams (three stamps on your iaido passport are needed to apply for 1st dan exam).

– To insure yourself when practicing iaido.

Price 40€ by check with the order of Eishin Dojo.

► PASSPORT CNK :
Passport is given by the Comité de Kendo et des disciplines associées.

• It is mandatory for any competition, grade test or national training events.
• You can use the same passeport for all martial arts under the CNK (for example, the same passport can be used if you practice iaido and kendo).
• Every 8 years, it must be renewed.
• Your doctor has to stamp it each year and you have to stick every sport licences in it.

Price 10€ by check with the order of Eishin Dojo. (price 2015/2016 Comité National Kendo et Disciplines Rattachées).

► MEMBERSHIP FEES:

One check to the order of EISHIN DOJO. we adjust the fees depending on your month arrival on the year. Half price for minors under 18 years old.

► 2 IDENTITY PICTURES :

– One picture for the member file list,

– One picture for the first sport passport (mandatory for grade application).

► SHOOTING AGREEMENT AND IMAGE BROADCAST:

Up to the member’s choice.

For MINORS:

► AUTHORIZATION OF LEGAL GUARDIAN FOR A MINOR:

Mandatory for every under 18 years old person.

► AUTHORIZATION OF SHOOTING AND IMAGE BROADCAST:

Up to the member’s choice.
